I had an amazing experience with the Twinkle at the Starbucks in the airport! The drink was refreshing, flavorful, and exactly what I needed during my travel. The staff were friendly, quick, and made the drink perfectly. I’ll definitely be getting it again next time I’m here. Highly recommend!
I had such a wonderful experience at the Starbucks in the Dublin Airport thanks to Isla and Twinkle. They were incredibly kind and welcoming. When I asked for a “medicine ball” tea, they weren’t familiar with it at first, but they went out of their way to look it up, learn how to make it, and prepare it perfectly. Their kindness, friendliness, and outgoing personalities truly made me feel at home in a foreign country. Exceptional service. Thank you, Isla and Twinkle!
I honestly don’t write reviews much, but had to say something about Vinay at Starbucks. He’s just one of those people who makes your day better without even trying. Every time I come in, he’s super friendly and somehow remembers my order (even when I forget it myself lol). There’s always a good vibe when he’s around — like he actually enjoys talking to people, not just doing the job. The drink he made today was perfect, and he even took the time to ask how my day was going. Small things like that really stand out.
As Starbucks partner i fully understand that's sometimes we do mistakes but we apologies to the customers with smile, in this store I asked for decaf americano and I saw the barista pressing the left button (for the blonde) and I ask if it's decaf and his answer was yesss! I tasted and I realise it's blonde not decaf I came back and I told him respectfully to make a new drink and he said it's decaf, don't argue with me just change it and apologise imagine he done that with a partner what he gonna do with customers, 27/10/25 5;30 am
We stopped by when we arrived from Paris while waiting for my mom to arrive from Nantes. The place was almost empty as it was already over 21h30. The waitress was very nice and smiley My daughter wanted a Strawberry and cream Frappuccino. We sat while waiting for our coach to Dundee. We came back one week after with pleasure as it was already time for us to return home. The employee are so nice and smiley there. I had the cheese toast for lunch. The place is quite big with a lot of tables and very clean too. Next time we fly to Edinburgh, we will off course stop by again. Thank you very much for your warm welcome
Was in Starbucks at Edinburgh Airport this morning (very early this morning!) and was served by Chris. He was the picture if happiness, warm and welcoming and made a great coffee. It was so nice to see a smiling face so early in the morning, He is a great ambassador for the company.
Had a latte to go today and was served by Kai. Very pleasant and friendly definitely will go down as one of my most memorable coffee shop experience. You are really funny and coffee was great too Starbucks over Costa everytime.
Had a good experience here. The service team were welcoming and efficient. The store is spacious and kept clean. I’ll be happy to return.
