I've gave up with this place. Unbelievably slow waiting on food which has become acregular thing. Staff are completely disinterested . In future I'll drive further to another branch.
This has got to be the worst McDonald’s ever! Every single time you go through the drive thru they ask you to take a space in the car park to wait on your food. I was the only car in the drive though and still had to take a space and waited 15 minutes. Another time I sat for 25 minutes waiting on my food at 9pm! I believe this is due to them being targeted on the time cars are in the drive thru for but it’s absolutely ridiculous. People choose McDonald’s because it’s quick and convenient but it’s absolutely not quick.
When has it become socially acceptable for a fast food restaurant to serve food incredibly slowly and come on arrival! We waited over 20 minutes (at 9pm!!) to be served our food which was stone cold. After handing it back and getting it refreshed it still came out lukewarm. It really is disappointing that it is almost acceptable that a big name like McDonald’s can have so many restaurants that vary in quality and service. No apologies, no talking just handed a new order. Almost as if they don’t even want to be there. Restaurant was filthy, litter everywhere, toilets were shocking. Honestly… check those reviews folks! It’ll save you a wasted journey.
I came this morning for a coffee while waiting for my car to be fixed in a nearby garage This review is not about the food. It is about the cleanliness and the friendly staff. I’ve sat in many McDonalds but never seen one as clean as this One staff was cleaning the bathrooms. They were spotless. Another member of staff was cleaning the dining area. He was cleaning every little corner, under the seats and around the tables. In addition, the staff were lovely, pleasant and friendly Well done everyone for your hard work. Often, these things are unnoticed and people focus on food and offers. For me, cleanliness and friendly staff is more important and this was abundant here today
I do wonder what happens to orders that are short just been in 2 minutes ago asked to park up waited over ten mins then went in to pick it up FNK reg and yes Cheese and Bacon flatbread missing. several times now through the drive through missing orders shocking. I hope whoever got an extra flatbread you enjoyed it. Birthday boy not happy with just hash browns. :(
Just a quick snack after trampolining. Used the McD app and had to wait 25 minutes for food to arrive. As we waited in the car park pick up location the local East Kilbride drug addicts were walking around the car park tapping on car windows asking for spare change. Horrible experience as I had my 9 year old daughter with me. Staff were trying their best but they looked totally understaffed and stressed. Not a pleasant experience....at all!
Just the worst MacDonalds ever! Food freezing, items missing, delivered late! The telephone number is invalid so you can't even rectify any issues! Absolutely hopeless. AVOID
After waiting an hour in a queue to take my son through the drive thru I was presented with a Mctasty that was cold and tasted like it was just taken from the bin. The large fries and drink were laughable (half missing) also the fries were cold and they couldn’t even get my request for BBQ sauce correct. I was going to return to the store to collect the rest of my fries and drink but the thought of eating anything else from this establishment makes my stomach turn. An absolutely disgusting embarrassment to the chain where basic hygiene standards cannot even be achieved. Mc disgraceful.
