   The hygiene of this restaurant is extremely poor. I’m honestly surprised they are allowed to operate. You can tell how dirty the place is from the moment you walk in, and I can’t even imagine what the kitchen must look like. I’m very disappointed by how they represent Syrian cuisine in Glasgow. They really need to improve this was a very dirty restaurant.

   Today im disappointment with the meal I received from your restaurant. Unfortunately, the food was of very poor quality. The chicken was completely burnt and inedible — there was hardly any actual meat left, only dry, charred pieces. Additionally, the food appeared old and tasteless, and it seemed like we were served leftover scraps cut from the kebab. What’s more concerning, the food was handled with dirty gloves that had just been used to clean surfaces with spray, which is completely unacceptable and unhygienic. I am very disappointed with this experience and believe that the food we received did not meet any reasonable standard of quality or hygiene.

   I’ve tried their pastries, chicken shawarma, and beef shawarma everything was delicious and satisfying. The pastries were fresh and generously filled, and the shawarma had a unique, flavorful seasoning. Prices are reasonable, and the service was excellent and fast. This wasn’t my first time trying their food; I used to order delivery to my home before. But this was my first visit to the actual restaurant, and it was a great experience that exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be coming back.

   Extremely Disappointed – Would Not Recommend I usually order from here, but this time was a complete letdown. The food quality was very poor. My order note was completely ignored. I specifically asked not to include lamb chunks, but they still added them. The lamb wasn’t even cooked properly. The food was far too salty and barely edible. It seems like no one took the time to read the order notes. If understanding English is an issue, perhaps you should consider improving that before handling customer requests. This experience was frustrating and disappointing. I strongly do not recommend ordering from this place. Save your money and go somewhere else.

   Chiken Shawerma is insanely good! Everything done to perfection!! I only gave it 4 stars because the quantity is a bit small and I wasn't full like I'd expect to be after a nice meal of shawerma. I honestly haven't tasted any better shawerma than this one while being in the UK, or Europe in general. Please increase your quantities! ❤️
