   My wife, kids, and I dined recently looking for some new options with gluten allergies in the family. Good food and good service. Marc took great care of us. He remembered everyone’s drink preferences after just one visit and checked in at just the right times. We will be back!

   Made an order at the till for a simple pollo picanti pizza. Waited calmly for 50 minutes to receive, kindly said thank you and took it home, opened it and the size of the pizza was far smaller than what i usually receive, measured it and it was 11 inches, at this point i was annoyed because the result of the wait was not worth the size of the pizza. Tried to call but never managed to get through, went back and simply told them to give me my money back, they confirmed it should be 13 inches but clearly it wasn’t, the image shows how silly the pizza size looks compared to the box. Anyway got my money back and they offered me to take the pizza but I simply wasn’t having it. It’s not the first time Tony Macaroni has disappointed which is why I wait a few months after the latest disappointment and again now I’ll wait another few months to see if the quality has returned to what it was a while back. The complaint was handled well, but the initial 50 min wait was not worth it. That picture is not zoomed out to 0.5 it’s just that small. After the poor experience I gave my custom to KFC and got an decent meal for cheaper. To note this review is a build up of bad experiences with Tony Mac and at this point I had enough it’s always been a hit or miss.

   Absolutely delicious food with very friendly waiter. They actually forgot to do one pizza for us, but they had clearly just forgot and they managed to make it very quickly for us. Altogether brilliant service. Would definitely recommend.

   Not my favourite food in the world, but overall very relaxed experience that was great for a big group. Came in with family, and group size of 10+, was seated easily and served rapidly once seated and settled. Very accommodating of preferences and options for everyone at the table. Menu is massive so gave a bit of decision paralysis but after eventually settling on something, the food followed quickly. Service was slick and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We were all eating at the same time as starters and mains arrived in synchronicity across the large table. Shame about the beer selection, and the food being just alright but for a family style restaurant I think this is absolutely ok. Spacious toilets but you have to walk through the ladies to get to the gents which was odd. Overall solid choice, cheers!

   I believe this establishment has the best staff you can find. I do dine in but I live local so it is more often that I use their take out. My family and I appreciate that the staff are knowledgeable, responsive to any needs (such as dietary), and genuinely friendly. There is also ample spacious free parking onsite that I enjoy. The food is of high quality, tastes fresh, and has nice sized filling portions. Plus, there are plenty of options on the menu for choice and I feel it is very reasonably priced- it is definitely good value. In addition, as a frequent take out customer, I savour that the dishes are always still very hot when I return home to serve them. Also, they are happy to accommodate any request to customise a dish to meet our dietary needs or preference. On the one occasion that we experienced a minor issue with waiting longer than usual for our take out dishes, The Manager, Diane, whose name I asked because I was impressed with how she treated us, kindly went above and beyond to show her/their appreciation of our business. Great food, great staff, so, I always have a great time!

   Waited 45 mins before they took our drinks order then another 15 for the food order. Both times we had to complain to get served. Food took a while to arrive, bit food was good. Again had to go looking for someone to take our sweet order. Sweets arrived but no spoons. My wife ordered a sundae with a white chocolate sauce but they gave her garlic mayo instead. The manager was aware of the issues and duly apologised and took the sweets off the bill. There is lots of choice for somewhere to eat so I can't see us ever going back

   Fantastic restaurant if you have nowhere to go afterwards. Dreadfully slow service. Food was wonderful as ever. But yet again the service a complete and laughable disgrace. Staff very polite although completely inattentive. Management issue, train your staff. Cheeky optional service charge automatically added to bill. Nice touch !!!

   First time here and staff were really pleasant and helpful. Food was delicious. Great for dairy free diners as they do vegan cheese on their pizzas! Restaurant is really nicely decorated and a real buzz. Would definitely recommend.
