   Poor experience and very disappointing service! Ordered online through their own website, selecting a 45-minute pickup slot. I arrived exactly on time, collected my food, and took it home (only two streets away) — only to find everything lukewarm/cold. When I phoned to let them know, I was told by a female staff member that they don’t actually work off the time slots and instead make the food as soon as the order comes in. That meant my food had been sitting there for around 15–20 minutes before I arrived. I asked for a fresh pizza to be made, as this was clearly the shop’s fault, not mine. There was no apology offered whatsoever. When I went back to collect the replacement pizza (and the missing pakora sauce), I waited another 10 minutes, only to be met with rudeness from a younger female member of staff who said, “You were late for your pizza in the first place!” with a sarcastic smile. When I challenged her on this, she repeated it. Absolutely unprofessional and out of order. To make things worse, the replacement pizza was prerty poor quality too. The male manager (who is usually polite and professional) wasn’t there that night — and I can almost guarantee I wouldn’t have received that attitude if he had been. If they can’t manage online orders properly, they shouldn’t be offering that service. A simple apology and a bit of courtesy would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, they couldn’t even manage that. Won’t be back!!

   Waiting time is outrageous nearly two hrs for 3items we order from here nearly every night and it's outrageous the waiting time not happy I'm only 10mins away from the shop yet having to wait nearly 2hrs for my food not happy

   Food is usually lovely !! However last week got lamb china large chicken pakora the curry was amazing but could not bite through the pakora the chicken was so hard .i did try and call back but that’s another issue sometimes you can’t get through .even for delivery .just thought I should mention this as I am sure yous will check the App to check your reviews.

   had chicken bhoona fried rice and garlic nan...curry was lovely rice fresh.....only complaint is .....i prefer smaller crispy nan...got big doughy thing...delivery 40mins on a sat t-time...

   The chips are better than chippy chips especially covered in Korma sauce. The portion was so filling I barely managed 3/4 of it. The staff are friendly and the other man is very smiley too.

   Bought chicken pakora.....tastes of absolute nothingness...no spicing whatsoever. Garlic mayo had no bite to it. Defo store bought...worst I've ever had...previous owner pakora/garlic mayo 100x better.
