One of the most experienced and attentive teams you can meet within withing glasgow. Sandra,Carys,Emma and Jess displayed exceptional customer service skills on every vist I make to this pub. Furthermore hats off to all the chefs in the kitchen that know how to cook a mean steak.

A Hidden Gem in Glasgow! We stopped at The Capelrig while traveling through Scotland, and it turned out to be a total hidden gem. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxing break on our journey. The food was delicious, freshly made, and full of flavourβfar better than we expected from a quick stop. The staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Itβs the kind of place you stumble upon once and remember forever. If you're passing through Glasgow, The Capelrig is absolutely worth a visit!

The Capelrig is a really solid choice for a relaxed meal. The food is great value good portions, with plenty of familiar favourites on the menu. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is easygoing. Itβs the kind of place that works well for families or a simple night out when you just want decent food and a comfortable spot to sit. Reliable, good value and welcoming.

Food is just your basic pub fare. Plenty of options both for adults and kids alike. Nothing spectacular but then you wouldn't expect it to be. I wanted to leave a review simply because of the service. The staff were excellent from start to finish. Took the fact my son has a nut allergy seriously and with good grace and were always smiling despite wearing many hats and being busy. These days, good service is never guaranteed so it was nice to be reminded. Hungry Horse...hope you pay them well.

First time here. The place is lovely, very family orientated but does have a bar area where children are not allowed. The food was lovely and the service excellent.

Superb food and atmosphere. Even the kids want to go back so will see this now being a new favourite dining location.

We came here as a party of 20+ and David was brilliant the whole time. He explained the best way for everyone to order so that nothing would be late or mixed it. He was so lovely and friendly. The food was brilliant too and it was very accommodating for the three kids as well.

I am a regular to the Hungry, and the food is always great. Sandra often serves us and is always happy and helpful. The whole team are great and friendly. I was lucky enough to win a voucher through playing one of their promotional games. We always choose HH because of the great prices and quality of their food.

We stop here for a couple of drinks before heading for dinner. Itβs a cool place with nice entertainment for kids. The playground is such a hit for kids! We enjoyed our drinks while our kid was playing. Just be patient with the service especially when you are seated outdoors, as the place is big. Glad the staff still manage to smile on a busy day. Also, very lively for their interior indoors and great space as well, definitely will come back to try their food next time.
