   We have been trying all the local food establishments near our hotel which is in South Edinburgh (Near college). We stopped here for Indian cuisine. It’s a “takeaway” place, but we sat and ate. The owner is kind and happy to talk about his place of birth. They gave us Pakoras that were fresh and delicious. We got a fantastic dinner. It was wonderfully flavorful

   Thoroughly disappointed. Been using Noor for over a year now after painstaking trying many many Indian restaurants across Edinburgh. However this will be the last time we order. I don’t know if the chef has changed but the food is not up to the previous standards. As a regular order of the Dahl makini we noticed the quality and flavour was not as good the previous. We just put it down to being a rouge meal and maybe the chef had an off day. But we ordered again and the same outcome… Sad because this was our favourite Indian and have spent a lot of money with them over the years. I hope this review reaches the people in the business because it is not just a moan but genuinely disheartened with the slippage of flavour and quality, if it improves I would come back. Until then a hunt for a new Indian begins…

   We were quite late for dinner and looking for an Indian restaurant when we found Noor Indian Restaurant. It was just about closing time, but they still welcomed us with open hearts and big smiles. Despite the late hour, the staff went out of their way to make us feel at home. The food was cooked with love and passion — I honestly haven't tasted anything this delicious in my entire time in the United Kingdom. Every dish was full of authentic flavor and warmth. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff at Noor Indian Restaurant for making our night so special. You turned a late dinner into a memorable experience!

   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I rarely find authentic Indian flavours in the UK, but this place truly made me happy! Every bite reminded me of home, with rich spices and perfect seasoning at reasonable prices. The service was warm, and the atmosphere added to the experience. I truly recommend this place to anyone craving real Indian taste!

   We got a takeaway and it was by far the best Indian i've ever had in my life. It only took 30 minutes to deliver and the food was nice and hot. There was so much flavour in all the dishes we got. Very happy with this experience.

   Not happy with this takeaway. Food was ready 25 minutes after my collection time and then my chicken tandoori was raw in the middle, completely pink. Curries were fine, but do not recommend ordering from this takeaway due to the raw chicken

   Picked up a number of things for dinner with my flatmates last night. I’ve gotten takeaway here before so I recommended it. Just as good as the first time, food was ready in the expected time frame, everything we had was really good, portion sizes are great especially for how inexpensive it is, and they even gave us some extra rice pudding for free :).

   Ordered via website for take out for a friend's house. OMG! I was so satisfied. Outstanding! Very well prepared, large delicious pieces of chicken and lots of it! - Much better than anywhere else I've tasted in a long time and really good value for money here! It was sooo tasty, I had to leave a review out of appreciation! First class - thank you.
