   I have been here on 2 seperate occasions and really liked the pasta. There is enough 'vegetarian ' options if you are prepared to accept parmesian (which I do...) I have had: - cacio e Pepe. Really good. - walnut pesto. Was OK - Arancini. Was OK - halloumi fries. Good. Really good value. Both times I came for dinner. Definately worth visiting for a pasta fix

   Went to dinner at Edinburgh Street Food and had the Cacio e Pepe pasta from Fabbrica - it was to die for! Real authentic pasta and good portion sizes, couldn't recommend it enough.

   I visited the Fabbrica guys at Edinburgh Street Food. We had the nduja sugo and the beef ragù pasta. They were both delicious, perfect portions for a perfect price!!! We will definitely be back :)

   Very good pasta!! As an Italian away from home, I fund the pasta very close to an Italian experience. Cacio e pepe was executed to perfection and the spaghetti were perfectly al dente. They know what they are doing, absolutely not to miss!

   Best pasta I've eaten outside of Italy without a doubt. Very fresh, the sauce was rich and meaty but didn't overpower the dish. Trust me if you love Italian food and are a pasta lover... you'll be happy you ordered from here. I'll definitely be ordering again.
