Went to New identity for my first every tattoo and couldn't fault the place. Staff were very welcoming and made me feel at ease and Brad listened to me waffle on for the best part of 5 hours and done an amazing job. Already looking forward to booking in for my next one. Couldn't recommend this place highly enough

Iv been to the one in West brom and had a talk with one of the artists Jason about booking a tattoo. Who was friendly and helpful. He recommended stefan who i plan to book with when he is back
