Despite receiving a text that my order was on the way, after waiting a further 45 minutes I called to be told the order hadn’t yet been prepared. This would have been my first time trying here and now there will never be a first time.
Good food at a decent price, quick ordering, very busy place.
Customer services so professional so polite so helpful so reassuring meal was as expected larger than I expected full of flavour, I couldn't eat all but I will make sure to finish within the next hour thank you for a mouth watering meal have a fabulous day I will be ordering again soon . Update these never change when cooking another mouthful of mouth watering freshly built in with a locked flavour.
Ordered from this place , my house is no more than 10 mins away . Still sitting waiting on my food 1 hour 30 mins later !! And it's not even busy times and a Saturday night . No shock the food is cold when it arrived . This is the 3rd time this has happened , won't be using them again 3 strikes and your out as they say !!
Ordered from here loads over the years and it's been great. Last few times the prawn crackers have tasted like chemicals. Ordered tonight thinking il just ignore the prawn crackers and the food arrived cold, salt and chilli chips were bland also. Gutted as its put me off ordering again
Butterfly King prawn not worth what I paid & didn't like that sauce with it.
Reasonable prices and kinda large portions, I'm big guy and yet I can't eat all I get. The best part is that they are flexible, I like crispy food and they make it crispy on my request. Keep it up!
HORRIBLE service! After ordering from just eat our order never showed up, when we phoned up and asked about it the lady on the phone said the driver had tried to deliver it (which he hadn’t) - she said they would re-send it and then an hour later she phoned back and very rudely said “we have decided to cancel your order NEVER order from us again” - horrible rude service and a delivery driver who lies. Will never order from here again!!
Best Chinese take away in the area. Food is so reasonably priced, decent sized portions and really tasty. Love the Sechuan dishes which you don't see elsewhere. Delivery is really reliable and if you have any issues or queries they are super helpful on the phone!
We don’t usually order Chinese food so was worried about what we would receive. However the food arrived within 20 mins, hot, fantastic quality and very generous portions for the price. Tasty and fresh, would definitely order from here again. Delivery driver was friendly. Overall 10 out of 10
