   We ordered two drinks and two mocktails (Highland frizz and purple rain). Although the description in the menu looks nice, we saw the Batman mixing soda with milk (from those small milk packages to put in coffee)! Everything was just disgusting. He also didn't have the ingredients for several of the cocktails in the menu.

   Honestly my favourite place in Leith. The new owners turned it round without removing everything that made it great.They did what few dare to do - keep it authentic. Everyone I know who embodies the best aspects of Leith loves this place.. It feels like yer best mate’s living room. When quiet, it’s idyllic, when jumpin it speaks for itself. Never look down on the boundary bar… I dare say you might once again fall in love.

   I really enjoy this bar. They have a weekday cocktail deal for £6 and that makes it very affordable as compared to all the other bars on leith walk. They open their doors when it’s sunny and have some seating outside which is great when the weather is good! On a rainy day, I popped in and they had some fun card and board games to play for 2 or more people! Good pub!

   We ordered burgers, fries & chicken wings for 9 of us and the food was absolutely superb washed down with quality draft German bier. Great pub and atmosphere bar staff really looked after us. If your a fan of burgers then you got to try this place we will definitely return on our next trip to Edinburgh
