   Worthy of a destination-drive!! Fabulous bakery/cafe in a charming old town. The star of the menu is definitely his cakes & baked goodies but the brunch/lunch menu is wonderful and heart portions. The staff here are truly lovely as well. They greet you pleasantly and sincerely return to make sure all is well, great staff says ALOT about management and it shines here, as well as the mouth watering treats!

   Elegant cafe at the heart of Haddington. Vintage decoration that brings you back to the rustic British countryside, with pendulum clocks, analogical meteo stations and elaborated desk lamps. Nice array of Central European pies and usual Brunch dishes. It has some tables on the street.

   Excellent staff and customer service all around! Arrived an hour too early for lunch service, very attentive staff member checked with chef if Schnitzel can be served early. Fab and tasty food just like homemade in Germany. Highly recommend.

   Great service and delicious food. Not a lot of vegan (or in my case dairy free) but I had the chicken and avocado rosti which was amazing. Very good fries too! Others had eggs florentine and frankfurters which looked great. We took out cakes for dessert which were gorgeous. I opted for the carrot and walnut cake which is dairy free and could have had a vegan chocolate cake too. Other cake/dessert options look fantastic. They also offer milk alternatives for hot drinks.

   This was our first time visiting Falko since they moved from Gullane to Haddington. Great spot along the high street and nice place for an outside seating when the sun is out. The service was good and quick too, seemed to have lots of staff around. We had egg benedict and kids one had cheese toasty and the other sausage and black pudding. The coffees were good and well presented.
