   Some of the best Chinese I’ve had so far! I can be quite picky when it comes to takeaways, but deciding to try Lucky House was a great choice—I was not disappointed. The crispy chilli chicken was perfect: crunchy on the outside while tender on the inside. The herbs and spices were balanced beautifully, with plenty of kick without being overpowering. The chips were excellent too—crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. I’ve only ordered once so far, but I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend Lucky House to anyone looking for quality Chinese takeaway.

   They've recently changed their menu and I feel it's now much better! They've added a combo box salt n chilli chicken with fried rice (same tray), which wasn't something they offered on the old menu. And this is my favourite. This menu is very well priced too, ESPECIALLY when you realise that main dishes INCLUDE RICE/CHIPS!! comparing with the Glasgow Road Sun House (and the express in High Blantyre, same owners/chain) you can get change from £10 which is exceedingly rare at the Sun House. Many dishes there reach £10 before adding £3 more for rice/chips. Lucky House has taken the correct route, stating exactly what you're going to pay. Only time the other way makes any sense is if a big order comes but you would rather share rice/chips. The portion size is more appropriate for one person. And this is also why the prices seem more reasonable. At other takeaways, you get so much food for one person, you end up only eating half. That's okay if you're prepared to eat the other half as your next meal (I loathe waste!) but, serve less for cheaper saves waste. On occasion I have been adventurous and tried something else, I was not disappointed here! I had a Honey Chilli dish recently, and this was great also. Their curry dishes are old style curry sauce! Tastes like Maksu? the block of Chinese curry paste. Other places mess with the taste. My only gripe is that I prefer curry hotter, but you can ask, so I'm not taking a star away. At other takeaways when I fancy something different, you can be really disappointed. Examole, pick a beef mushroom and get horrible gravy - but Lucky House wins again! They have nice gravy. Not found a bad dish here yet. Lucky House is open on the day that Sun House closes, which is how I discovered these changes! Making this one my new favourite from now on. I haven't been on a weekend, so I don't know if that affects service yet, but I've never waited long so far. The staff are very friendly and the main guy speaks perfect English too! I always go to collect my order so don't take this as a review of delivery times.

   First time trying here and did not disappoint. Extra hot beef curry with chillies was delicious and the chopped chicken breast was to .Generous portion of chicken satay skewers , food piping hot to be back.

   Travelled for the reviews to try somewhere different. Food quality was not bad but far too bland. Definitely not worth the rating is given on hear. 3 stars and wouldn't use it again unless it was the only place available.

   I ordered a veg chow main. I honestly wish I could post a photo. You can be assured I will not be using this establishment again and the arrogance on the phone has cemented it for me. M&S can do a better job for half the price. But I've just moved into the area. Live a d learn.......I don't bin food easily.
