   I've just discovered this wee gem. I have coeliac disease and trying to find and trust food places to provide 100% gluten free is hard. I really fancied a Chinese curry, something I've not had in years due to gluten. When I called to ask about GF options the man was fantastic. He has a.good general knowledge of GF issues coeliacs face. There is literally only about 4 things I cannot eat from the menu!!!!! Thank you Tofu Oriental for your warm customer service.and a taste of GF heaven. I will most definitely be back.

   This is the third time we've used this Chinese - mainly because my husband has coeliac and requires gluten free. The first time 2 years ago was pretty good, second time was only just acceptable but this time it was terrible. Gloopy tasteless sauces where the meat has just been steamed separately and thrown in - disappointed we even paid money for it. They should consider increasing their prices for better quality ingredients and a more knowledgeable chef!!! They also got our order wrong but only noticed when we got home. Chinese people would NOT eat food like this. Such a shame as the service is always brilliant - so helpful and cheery. That's the only reason it's got 3 stars.

   Lovely personal service, very helpful - but possibly worst Chinese takeaway ever. Springrolls had lovely batter but contents so salty they were inedible. Yung chow fried rice was dry and tasteless - 95% rice dotted with some teeny tiny strips of dry meat - and no prawns at all as was described on phone. Or veggies, not even onion. Had to raid kitchen cupboard for bottled sauce to give some flavour to what was mostly a tub of rice. The chicken in mandarin sauce was surely not real chicken. Tough chewy bits of batter which was like eating gristle or leather, cut in half there was no evidence or texture of actual chicken. Something very processed. Got stuck in our teeth. Very disappointing dinner. Could not finish eating it.

   Ordered for a family get-together as my sister requires gluten-free food. Where she was happy to have a Chinese takeaway who can provide gluten-free range, there were some issues. She said the best thing about it was the chicken wings, but like our own salt and chilli chips, they were a miss. Normal chips sprinkled with salt, and some chilli cut up and put on top, no chinese spices, no coating. Our squid had hugely soggy batter, and the park choi was bland. By no means the worst Chinese, it just seemed a little miss and slightly overpriced for £80+

   Food is tasty, non greasy and flavourful. Wide array of dishes. So impressed at their gluten free menu given that my daughter has coeliac disease. The staff were very helpful in explaining the menu in terms of what was non gluten free. Very impressed and will be back!

   AVOID!!! This was our second time ordering from this place. The first time we waited hours for delivery. Ordered an hour in advance for collection this time. 10 minutes before it was due for collection I get a text to say the order has been cancelled!!!! So, safe to say their service is non-existent! Don't waste your time even trying! I would give zero stars if it was an option!

   Thank you for the delicious food every week! The staff are very friendly and accommodating. TOFU IS MY FAVOURITE CHINESE. It is superb overall and 5 stars doesn’t do it justice. 11/10 from me.
