   Lemon Tree is the most disappointed place to order some food in Glasgow, don’t trust this people!! We ordered some Food and after 3 hours waiting and lots of calls, the woman on the phone said the food is coming… the food is coming and it came 3 hours and half hour late… never ever again!! Don’t recommend even if they apologise! And give my money back!!! Absolutely shame!!

   I appreciate it’s an independent business but lying about how long it will take on delivery apps isn’t right as if I had known I’d have ordered from somewhere else . The food and its containers had a very funny and unappealing smell . Definitely would not recommend the chips.

   These bad reviews are doing the most! I order from here often after my late bartending shifts. Nothing bad to say abt the food - exactly what I ordered, 10/10. If you guys have issues regarding delivery during a busy time, use ya common sense and order when quiet? This place feeds me exactly what I want after a long shift. Have some respect for a local business, and understand ordering during busy times you’re gonna wait? 10/10 respect to this business. Fresh and hot food.

   Absolutely horrible. They gave us old chips from last night fried, old stringy chicken and prawns. Whole family threw it up as they felt so ill. Disgusting chemical smell reeks from food, used to be amazing for years but the quality has gone so down.

   The lemon tree has gone downhill in recent years both in terms of food and the service. To the owners. If you are going to promote your take away as one that offers gluten free at least have an area of the menu where I can see gluten free options. On a side note, the dude behind the counter who takes the orders needs to take a customer service course.

   order via uber, now they cancelled it after 20 minutes because of they are not keen to wait outside A/E the payment get thru and then you have to wait for refund. call handler is rude in explaining.

   Why do we have to give one star when it is not merited Terrible!! Terrible!! Terrible!! Waited almost three hours for food on Saturday. This is the third time in the space of a few months that I have ordered. Waited at least two hours on previous occasions but gave thee benefit of the doubt. Never again. Manager on phone absolutely unconcerned and hung up when challenged as to why food is so late.

   Really unfortunate how poor delivery is because the one good experience I had the food was really good and I find it hard to find good Chinese takeaway. Over 2 hour wait for food and spent an hour on Uber Eats just trying to have them cancel the order and refund me as I wouldn’t be getting my order. When I phoned and asked for an update he said “you’re the next one” and when I asked how long that was they said another 30 min at least. So either you haven’t started cooking it, or it’s sitting there getting cold for 30 min. Won’t be ordering from them again sadly.

   Would give 3.5. While the food tastes decent, delivery took 50mis after i was told it was on the way. Like i said earlier food tastes good and the fried rice is amazing, however im not sure if i got what i acctually ordered. Ordered some crispy chilly chicken and some crispy chilly beef but feel like i got them both in a pekimg sauce.other than the delivery and posibble order mix up, its not too bad
