Ordered food that was delivered to the wrong door, finally got my refund after 2 weeks but they took £3 off it for a delivery that wasn’t delivered?? The whole family started arguing and screaming in Chinese when I asked for it. Won’t be back from being a regular. Heard of this happening to others as well
First 2 times we ordered was fantastic 3 time food was not cooked right and chips were old called the shop told they give us a full refund then called back when I was on my way out to tell me it was going to half money then in shop the old mad was shouting and waving threatening me the old woman was screaming in an other language as there son stood and laughed. Complete joke of a business.
ABSOLUTELY DESPICABLE. I walked into this Chinese restaurant looking for some proper chinese food and I was appalled at the service from a young chinese boy. The boy was named something like hon or something. I have attached a rough sketch I made of what the boy looked like. When the boy came in with my order he must of smelt the prawns I ordered because he jumped up onto the counter and started to rip my food open with his teeth. He flung my food all over the restuarant and I was made to pay it!! Honestly if it weren't for the boys playing maracas at the back of the place I would of walked straight out of there!!
Really good food in here, I always request freshly cooked fried rice as I hate the stuff that's been lying in the plastic tub, you know the scene, you turn upside down and the rice comes out in a perfect tub shaped block as its been in there for an hour or two, yukk. Anyhow Lemon Chicken is excellent.
Went to this place not expecting much but OH MAN was I WRONG this place is amazing the salt and pepper chips are a force to be Reckoned with in the Chinese business I don’t know what the green goo was but it was tasty the salt and pepper chicken was fandabydosy and the salty mayo was great 10/10 100% recommend also the 14 year old can’t stay still only bad thing about the place
Great food , always delieved to alexandria in good time , order is always right and portions sizes and brilliant.....But the lady thats on the phones is so lovely and so helpful i love it when she answers the phone always cheery , so thank you for your service ❤️❤️
Ordered a meal to be collected Saturday evening at 6pm firstly the lady who took the order was excellent arrived at 6pm and the food was just being packed for collection, the food was piping hot and delicious and excellent value for money, would highly recommend *****
I bought a munchie box and other items . The food was rather salty and after a short while it made our lips tingle . The chips and pork ribs were the saltiest plus the ribs were almost devoid of any meat at all! We also had noodles and beansprouts which tasted burnt . I am unlikely to buy food from this takeaway again .
