Food was very good and proper portions. I would say it is good value for money... very good ambience... nice amd courteous staff... had a nice dining experience
Had a lovely meal at Henry's. The food was fresh, hot, and with good portions. The prawns in the Kum Po King Prawn were exceptional, but the dish could have been spicier. The service was great and the price was good.
Heard alot about Henry's so thought that I would try it for my friends birthday. Absolutely amazing food. It was so good. Decent sized portions aswell. Will definitely be going back there.
Food & Service superb!!! We ate here on a Friday night as a group of 4. Didn’t know what to expect, but it was absolutely delicious. The food was hot, tasty and a good portion. The service was second to none, very attentive and polite! Would definitely recommend to anyone!!
Excellent food - we collected a takeaway spread for 2 on Sunday night and it was all excellent - everything was well cooked and tasty. Pleased it's close to us, will use again.
We really love eating here as the service is so good. A very varied menu - we enjoyed the sharing platter to start with, then we had a mixture of foods to share amongst ourselves. Would really recommend going to this place.
We had such an incredible evening at Henry’s Oriental last week!! We went on a Saturday evening and we were originally going to drink a pint whilst ordering to take away but decided to see if we could eat in. They managed to squeeze us in and you could see they were busy but that truly didn’t affect the quality of service at all. We were sat in a lounge area that had a film on a TV the size of my car but we waited less than 5 minutes before being sat at a table that had prawn crackers ready to go. Soon after we ordered a couple of cocktails that came from the lounge next door and then we ordered our food! We went with the five spice chicken to start which tasted amazing and very clearly in a fresh and light batter. We were also given a finger bowl too! My partner ordered the egg fried rice and orange chicken and he said the rice was possibly the best he’d had. I ordered the fried Singapore style vermicelli and the beef sizzler with a sweet garlic sauce. I don’t even know how they made the beef so tender but it melted in my mouth and the noodles had amazing chicken and pork in it too which tasted JUST as good the next day. The portion of noodles could definitely be shared but I was glad to be able to take it home so my experience with them lasted longer. The whole way through the evening all of the wait staff were attentive, efficient and helpful! We have already decided this is where we’ll bring friends and family too because we’re new to the area and SO pleased we’ve found a place. Will absolutely be visiting again thank you so much!
Loved it! The peppered salt squid, sweet and sour Hong Kong style, prawn toast and duck was amazing. Cooked to perfection. I really liked the decor as tastefully styled and with Christmas decorations. Very friendly staff and well priced. The hoisin sauce was delightful and tender duck, all with the right amount of crisp and soft meat. I will definitely be heading back, I had a takeaway with a friend before so thought I would try the restaurant and I'm glad I did. Just to add to this review, I went back to try more dishes, very authentic to Chinese cuisine, the Pak choi in garlic and oyster sauce was great as well as the lemon chicken.
