Just ordered 2 classic chicken burgers on uber eats for delivery which is literally 2 minutes down the road, food turned up cold but not only that the chicken was so chewy and dry seemed like it was cooked last month. I know you can have a 28 aged steak but never heard of it in a chicken burger form. Won’t be ordering from them again. Worst £13 I have ever spent. Don’t know how this place stays open serving food like this.

£12 for a pretty basic burger meal and got a sundae… the food is really disappointing, felt more like a kids meal… ice cream was poor and the advertisement was very deceiving in size. No one in here place is dead and can see why there packed out at McDonalds around the corner. Poor and disappointing honestly feel ripped off.

As seen in the photos the food is not well cooked. Meat is raw on the bone. Had to put it in the ayrfrier to avoid throwing to the bin. Will never order again :)

My wife went to Miss Millie's Yate this evening for a take away treat. After checking the menu online I fancied a Firey Peri Peri Gourmet Burger which I messaged to her. On arrival she read out the order to the server who didn't seem to know of this strange burger that is widely advertised on your website & possibly in store. He insisted that Gourmet meant mini fillet burger & Firey was tiny pot of peri peri dip. It also appeared he didn't know what large fries were either since the portion was in perfect proportion with the mini burger. No idea what happened to my drink I believe that might have been struck to sub atomic level. The only thing that wasn't shrunk was the price at £7.25...

It saddens me to leave a 2-star review. However, I have only had 1 good experience here. The first time I visited, everything was great. I truly thought it was better and a replacement for KFC. But, since then, every time has been left with bitter disappointment. The chicken overcooked, missing items and the burgers are inedible. The recipe for the burgers in hindsight are great, but the execution is lacking. The flood of sauce makes them inedible. Maybe one day I will return and it will be like the first time, but it's hard to take the risk when KFC is cheaper.

I came in yesterday night around 7:30pm. Quite shocked how bad the service and hygiene was. Young guy of about 18 was at the front, I stood there for about 7 minutes and was completely blanked out, no acknowledgement I was there despite nobody else aside from one other customer in the store. Eventually turned around and sorted of grunted. I asked if they had something on the menu, didn’t seem to have any clue, just kind of shrugged and looked annoyed. I ordered something else then waited easily 10+ minutes as he moved at quite possibly the slowest pace I’ve seen anyone move in my life, constantly rubbing his forehead and his nose, no gloves, constantly breaking off to look at his phone. Dropping chips and chicken all over the counter, picking it up with nose wiped hands and putting it into bags. A girl seemed to be working in the back who came out to the front a couple of times who wasn’t much better. After waiting a painful amount of time, he just kind of grunted and shoved it at me. At this point I wasn’t really sure I wanted to eat it after it’d been handled so much. None of them even seemed to be wearing any kind of uniform, just a scruffy tracksuit from what I could tell. I woke up today quite ill and I highly suspect it was the food I had from yourselves last night, either it was not cooked correctly or was dirty. Assuming you aren’t happy for that service or hygiene something should definitely be done to change that, it was not satisfactory or acceptable in any way.

This branch lets down the Miss Millie's franchise and I'll definitely not be giving them any more business. Delivery timing was great but was that because half my order was missing and the other half was greasy, burnt but pink in middle, and tasteless? It was as though they had leftovers from NYE and just put it back in to heat it up. The "special instructions" were completely disregarded and items missing. And what's with the 6 pieces of popcorn chicken for £2.49??!!! Such a shame as always rated Miss Millie's as head and shoulders above its main competitor but the Yate branch has let them down.

Just had a Spicy Nacho Burger, it was awesome… it was so juicy and the peppers where just perfect. Really enjoyed it chips and chicken pieces were great also, even managed to get a decent cup of tea. First time I’ve ever sat in at Miss Millie’s and like I said it was perfect.
