So friendly and helpful. Think I tried on nearly the whole shop trying to find a wedding guest outfit. The staff were so helpful. They got me different sizes in dresses and helped me decide the which accessories were best by giving me samples. Such gorgeous stuff in for all occasions. Thanks so much ladies.
Had a brilliant experience in Phase Eight today. I hate shopping for clothes but I needed an outfit for my upcoming wedding and Lisa was amazing. She helped me match dress, shoes, bag etc and was extremely helpful and didn't realise until the last minute that it was for my wedding and not just as a guest

Had a fantastic experience with Phase 8 on Saturday 22nd! Mariam was so kind and bubbly, and made me so calm when I was very worried about bridal dress shopping! Whilst I did not end up choosing the dress I had reserved, I want tor thank Mariam for her help and encouragement! Absolutely brilliant service ❤️

Absolutely fantastic service. I used the Phase Eight online chat to locate an item which was out of stock on-line. They were able to tell me that it was in stock in their Edinburgh store...I live in Lincolnshire!!!! I was looking for a handbag that matched the shoes I had already bought for my daughter's wedding. I telephoned the store and spoke with a lovely lady called Jasmine who confirmed that they did indeed have the bag in store and she was more than happy to post it out to me. As we were speaking her colleague Pat was wrapping the bag ready for it to be taken to the Post Office. I cannot fault the service, the kindness they showed me. It has restored my faith in human kindness. Phase Eight you need to look after these staff members as experience tells me that loyal helpful staff are very hard to find!!!!
I visited the shop in George Street, Edinburgh, today to return a dress I got online and try on the bigger size that was put aside for me on Sunday, after I phoned shop direct. Nicholas, the assistant was most helpful and the return was done with no problems at all. He then kindly steamed the dress I was taking and also honoured the 20%off I had got online. Thank you for all your help.
Having tried unsuccessfully to order a particular wedding dress online, customer services asked me to contact the Edinburgh shop, because they had the dress. I spoke several times with Jasmine, who was just marvellous! She checked extensively to find the dress and when they found it, I was left a lovely voicemail. She assured me that she would check the dress to make sure that it was perfect. I spoke with Jasmine the following day and delivery was organised. She even suggested contacting my local shop to ask whether they would steam the dress, which is something that she said the Edinburgh shop would normally do. THIS is customer service. Wow! Jasmine if you read this, thank you, you've made my day!
