   The absolute worst & Other Stories location I have been to, and I do often shop this brand in Copenhagen. The manager of the store is simply horrendous and has no understanding of customer service. I see from the other reviews that the other staff working there are also very rude and denying customers access to try clothes on. I can only imagine that having a manager that is so poor does not lend itself to hiring or training proper staff. It is really a shame for a good Scandi brand. I would avoid this store at all costs.

   The girls in the shop were kind of rude… they let me in but didn’t let me go into the fitting room. I think they can tell you since you go into the store instead of kinda waste my time and being like that :/

   Everything is nice,except the lady woth silver hair work at the fitting room 20/03/2023 around 16:00 is very cold and unhelpful.

   such a lovely shop, shame about the staff, came in today and the staff were rude and unhelpful. The older lady with glasses (maybe the manager) who was working 12/01/23 with brown hair was super unprofessional and rude and I could hear her gossiping about my mum. Like if you don't want to help customers - get out of customer service related jobs!!! Avoid asking her anything as clearly this lady doesn't want to help you!!! A simple "sorry I can't help you" or even "ask someone else" would have been sufficient instead of talking behind someones back loudly enough so that both of us could hear you. Manners cost nothing :)

   Size shaming in ti's shop is rife, teeny weeny sizes only on display, clothes are pricey and it's a shame as they would make far more money if they displayed clothing in large and xl but its all small and xs. Lack of business acumen equals loss of revenue.

   My girlfriend dragged me here. The clothing selection was good according to her, and I'm giving it 5 stars since there was adequate seating for the guys. Have to admire the box joints on the displays, props to whoever put it together.
