I'm usually an avid shopper/browser at this store, however on my last visit with my partner a heavy wooden sale sign fell from from high above the the hanging rail and hit my partner on the head and grazed the sides of his fingers. When staff noticed, the manager just sheepishly smiled and giggled "sorry" after taking the sign off us and walking away to continue gossiping and laughing with staff, without actually checking on what happened....conpletely put off we left the store and I'm slightly out off coming in for a while now. Just complete negligence of putting a heavy sign on a clearly/visibility unstable shelve leading to it falling on my partner....no genuine care or accountability was shown by staff.
