   The staff here were so helpful, making time to steam an item for me which I had ordered online and had arrived really creased and difficult material to handle. Made some extra purchases and able to get an NHS discount too. It's nice to still see personal caring service and customer care in a chain store.

   Super ear piercing experience. Sharon was so patient and understanding while my daughter had her ears pierced. Despite her reluctance at getting the second ear pierced, she is now delighted with her aqua studs. Professional, friendly and affordable service. Definitely recommend!

   Love monsoon, I only go when they have their summer sale on as I can't afford the beautiful dresses any other time! The sale prices are great and the stock is on another level. I've bought at least 5 stunning dresses from monsoon and two pairs of boots along with some bags and love all of them. The boots are extremely comfortable and are currently the only heeled boots I can wear all day without sore feet. The dressed I've bought I wear for cruises on formal evenings and special occasions when I'm at home. I wish I could shop their all the time but the prices are for the quality of the dresses and I like to shop there when the sale is on.

   I prefer this branch of Monsoon/Accessorize to the one on Princes Street. The total area may be similar but this one feels so much less cramped and better laid out. Around 2/3rd of the shop is Monsoon with the ocassion wear towards the back and more everyday clothes at the front of the store. The remaining part (with a separate entrance) is a decent sized Accessorize.
