Fantastic family run business, fish and chips are great and Nicky’s homemade chilli is back! All cooked to order and super fresh. So lucky to have such a great take-away in the village.
We were recommended by friends, but didn't realize it's only open 5-8pm, so had to return! Staff were very friendly and locals were all happy to order in advance and collect at a certain time. We hadn't done this but ordered and were told we could wait in the (small) shop or in our car and be paged when it was done. Great idea! Our cod was well cooked but greasy, the chips were plentiful and the best we've had. Prices were very reasonable.
Really lovely food. The chips were really crisp on outside but soft inside. Portion size very good.
This is our favourite local fish & chip shop, we're happy to drive to collect. The batter on the fish tastes lovely and everything is very fresh.
Best fish and chips for miles, we have a well known local fish and chip shop closer to us, we live in coleford, but we choose to travel to timsbury as the food is so much better and the service is great, thankyou for caring and doing such a good job
Tasty burger and chips, shared a portion of potato scallops which was plenty! Huge selection of meals on the menu!
