   My husband and I are regulars at the All Saints store in George St. Edinburgh, and while our visits are of course primarily for the style, your staff in this store are so FANTASTIC, we just keep coming back for more, style and service! We have both loved Ross from our very first purchase a number of years ago and more recently Lewis has joined the team and the excellent customer service we receive from Lewis is also seamless. More recently we have met Paul who is also amazing with customers - what a crew!. Brilliant customer service is what brings shoppers back, and I speak from experience given our regular visits and the fact that my husband will soon need an extra wardrobe!    Great experience shopping here. Kerry was so helpful and sweet. Bought a beautiful suede jacket and she gave good advice about how to take good care of it. As we are here on holiday she also gave us some great tips about local attractions and restaurants.

   I’ve spent over 15 years in customer service, and every now and then, I cross paths with someone who just gets it. Sarah at AllSaints is one of those people. From the moment I walked in, she struck this beautiful balance-offering care, support, and knowledge without hovering. Her check-ins were perfectly timed, and she gave me the space to browse and explore at my own pace, which I really appreciated. Sarah is a genuinely kind and present person. She carries herself with warmth, professionalism, and ease, and it made all the difference. We had a great conversation, and she was incredibly helpful and informative about the product without ever being pushy. She’s a breath of fresh air, and I have a feeling I’m not the only one who’d say I’d come back because of her. Her kindness, presence, and expertise deserve to be seen and acknowledged. AllSaints is lucky to have her.

   Incredible selection of items. Very helpful staff. Large changing rooms. I would even go as far as saying this is the best clothing store/ brand in this price bracket. You will be getting some of the nicest fabric, zippers, and screen print all at reasonable cost.

   Not the kind of shop I would normally go into, so won't comment on the clothes. The decor was a bit industrial in a 1980s cheap music video kind of way, but the staff were extra helpful and gave loads of help and useful advice. The sewing machines were nice.
