   Very very poor service I was looking at jumpers but couldn’t get in properly as three members of staff were standing chatting. They all never asked if I needed help or acknowledged I was there. I left without buying the jumper I wanted as I refuse to buy things from a company that can’t even give basic customer service. Very poor show.

   Today 10-10-2025 at 12.40pm bought a jacket from your store While checkout time I have experienced very very bad customer service from your Staff At least she should have smile because we are customers My skin is brown may be that’s the reason she didn’t even give me an eye contact We are paying to you guys We are not coming for charity I felt a bit of racism If your staff don’t no how to treat customers or serve customers Just educate them ok

   During my almost two-hour stay in the shop today, not a single member of staff felt responsible for assisting me in my search for suitable dresses. They were chatting amongst themselves and when I interrupted them to ask a question, I felt like a disruptive factor in their conversation. - Therefore, I cannot understand the other so positive reviews. The shop may be well-stocked, so I'll give one more star for the good selection.

   I have been a superdry shopper for well over 15 years, before they even had their own shops and it was a department inside a shop they sold from. This shop is great with a huge selection of clothing. I was looking for a new jacket but they seem to have changed their designs and a lot of the jackets seem to be too tight over the shoulders for me or too short on the arms unfortunately. So I got a few t-shirts instead, they still fit.

   Came here to say thanks for the amazing customer service I received today (5th Nov 22). The female sales assistant and her manager behind the tills sorted out my online order disaster very efficiently and politely, and made sure I left the store with a jacket I was really happy with. I would definitely recommend these guys and I will be back.
