   Sent hubby up for 2 fish 1 chips and he wanted curry sauce. They got our order wrong again!! (Did last time!) Ended up with 3 fish and 1 chips and 2 curry sauce. They told him they wouldn't charge for the extra fish but Total came to over £29!! The fish was tasteless and greasy, the battery was mushy underneath and the chips had bruised black bits in them. Hubby's curry sauce was way too salty ...he couldn't wat it. So disappointed. This used to be the best fish n chip shop in the area but not any more. Won't be using again!!

   Big portions of fish and chips but very greasy, and it doesn't have much flavour. Staff are very friendly and generous, but the food was a little disappointing.

   Ordered some food from here when they called out my order my chips were missing from the order. When I got home my battered sausage had lost its batter. I phoned them up about the battered sausage and asked if I wanted to come back for a battered sausage and I told them I would not be going back that night as everything else would be cold and it was a 20 minute round trip. They said they would give me a refund when we went back again. My son went there tonight so I told him to get the refund off his food but they said they had to give him a sausage and could not refund. Guess what another plain sausage and not even a jumbo. Will not be using this place again gone downhill.

   My first visit here last night, the battered sausage was slightly overcooked but still ok, cheesy chips spot on, 10 out of 10! Will definitely come back and try different items. (Edited) Went back, really good fishcake and saveloy, nice chicken burger and amazing cheesy chips. Everything's freshly cooked. Also very friendly and helpful young girl at the till.

   A great little chippy in a quiet little town. We were staying in a village not too far from here and all the local places closed too early. However, Seafood Plus stayed open longer than most places in the surrounding villages and towns. We tried their Cod which tasted great after a long day of walking and sight-seeing in Bath. The staff were very friendly and quick too.

   Large fish, the chips aren't greasy, a host of side items and cheerful staff. You can even order online to collect. We found a large portion of chips was enough for 3 people, if you don't have seconds. Will definitely be going back.

   AWFUL SERVICE!! We had ordered over the phone, we were told half an hour for pick up. Once we got to the shop we had to wait another 25 minutes for our order to be ready. Our fish was left on top of the hot counter but boxes stacked on top of each other which was making our fish cold as it was left out for 20 minutes. A young lad was doing our order but kept taking other orders and payments in the middle of preparing ours. When we talked to the management about our concerns we were told “the fish is fine” and the tried to rush us out of the shop with it getting the young staff to put it in a bag for us after getting my dad to touch the fish that was cold and did not believe us that it was cold. After an argument trying to get our money back the management which he refused and huffed and was shouting that we would get new fish. Not one apology, not one care, they just wanted our money and didn’t care about quality or service. Avoid this rude management at all costs.

   Just passing through and I tried the cod and chips, perfect size portion, good value and cooked perfectly with very little oil in the box, crispy batter and crispy chips. I am definitely coming this way at yea time again. Yum

   Have shopped here for quite a long time. We only have fish which is generally very generous in size and lovely taste. They have a tendency to make the batter too thick and it's uncooked next to the fish and it tastes horrible.
