Extremely helpful staff. Some of my gift vouchers had expired and the lady managed to get me a phone number to allow me to get them reactivated again.
I'm in my late 40s and don't warrant staff attention. Wandered for ages looking for help. I have wide shoulders, and their biggest womans size in a jacket (size 16) didn't fit. She made a point of stressing that was the biggest they do in female sizes. Felt like I was too monstrous to shop there.
Love the dim lighting in-store, so much more relaxing then Pull and Bear/ H&M etc with their blinding lights. The clothes are pretty decent too.
Friendly staff! Good brand, but expensive
I was in for opening this morning. Both the gentleman in store were polite. The one serving me was very helpful as I placed and item down I said I'd be back in a moment (i was negotiating crutches) as wanted to put an item back where I'd got it from, he said just to leave it with him and he would return it which was kind of him. It was just me in at opening so it was easy to navigate.
Went there today for a browse, we were welcomed with the most arrogant assistant, he was by the tills then came close and stood where we were with crossed arms looking down on us!!!! We felt miserable and degraded! Never felt that way before, and i was even wearing my favourite superdry jumper! That guy assistant made me hate the brand! Visited around 1 pm 15/08/2021

Great. Full of middle aged tossers like me trying on jackets that don't quite fit their dad shaped bodies. They should have an upper age limit of about 30, or so. Or signage reminding paunchy older guys of the existence of Debenhams.
