    I bought a men’s cap here and had a terrible experience with their customer service. The staff member at checkout cut the tag, and later completely denied doing it when I raised the issue. They refused to help with a product I had literally just purchased. On top of that, the quality of the cap is disappointing… it’s polyester, definitely not worth the premium price they charge. Check the materials carefully before you buy, because once you pay, they won’t support you. Would not recommend.

    It is a nice and friendly shop of Balmoral, large size with good variety of choces. Great place for cashmere. I ended up buying a stole for auntie and a few carves here. They even have a selection of wool dog coat! Staff are great and very friendly!

    This store is amazing, they carry different ranges of products and their own brand Balmoral cashmere scarves feel so soft. The olive colour jumper with the reversible cashmere scarf on the display looks so beautiful. The staff there are really nice and patient which helped me a lot. Can't recommend enough.
