Let me down ~3 weeks from my wedding by telling me my custom tartan would no longer be ready in time, despite ordering more than 2 months in advance. If you have an important date you need something for, don't buy from these guys!
Highly recommend if you're looking for high quality tartans and kilts. I ordered the box pleat mini kilt and am so pleased with the results. Great customer service, too!
we picked this company because my brother had ordered his Family kilt and had it in 8 weeks. We have found this company a dreadful nightmare experience to deal with, we ordered kilts, classic fly plaid and accessories for my son's wedding. the order was made on the 6th of April, we get an email to say it will take 16 weeks so we would not have it for the wedding. no matter how we tried we could not get anyone to take a phone call, we emailed requesting someone to call me many times but we just got an email back with the same reply. their customer service is appalling. My Son has been let down on the most important day of his life by this company. because it's the 28th of April now and we have lost over 3 weeks, so we do not have a chance to order somewhere else. FEEL SO LET DOWN LET'S SEE HOW LONG IT TAKES TO GET OUR MONEY BACK. 29th April (this Morning)I Made contact with MAC GREGOR MAC DUFF. left a voice message and got a returned call within 12 minutes, because I have lost 3 weeks with the clan, Scotweb we won't have the kilts made, had I picked McGregor mac Duff in the first place we would have had all we needed on time for the wedding. Mac Gregor Mac Duff will rent us kilts and save the day, what a difference to deal with a professional company that puts their customers first. Take my advice and deal with a professional company like Mac Gregor Mac Duff
Afternoon to all at Scotweb. Just a wee thank you for rearranging my order from my home town of Wrest Midlands to the Hotel we stayed at Gretna Green. Yes, it was a very close call for the special delivery on Thursday and again on Friday 22nd April. Thank you once again Stewart and colleagues for getting the order to me. This was our special day as my wife (Anne) and I renewed our wedding vows at Greta Green after 50th wedding anniversary on Friday at 15:00hrs (see attachment). Scotweb has supplied us over many years with my Kilt and my two son’s wedding kilts and accessories and have always been pleased with the service, but this time you pulled out all the stops and I thank you.
Read the small print! scarf much too short to be used properly, absolutely not "luxurious wool" (too rough to be worn around the neck), not "exquisitely made" (strip of tartan with basic hem and frayed at end to look scarf-like), BUT completely "non-refundable" despite very displeased customer. £74 for a shoddy item. Wish I had read more carefully. To be fair - Scotweb replied promptly to my complaints but stood by the non-refundable/ what you got is what we listed. BUT it was a rip-off. Have since bought for half the price and twice the quality elsewhere. Anyone want a very expensive strip of Sinclair Ancient 1884 heritage?!

From Mo Leask - I have just received my latest Scotweb orders and the products are fabulous. Some are gifts for American friends but the majority I have kept for myself!
