   Unfortunately, there is no option to give zero stars. I had a very bad experience with the customer service at this branch. The lady who claimed to be the manager clearly did not know how to speak to customers. Instead of helping, she wasted 20 minutes of my time by arguing and talking over me instead of listening. This will be the last time I collect an order from this branch. I’ve also advised my friends not to order from here because it’s extremely time-consuming and not worth the headache.

   I stopped off this morning to have a sprite zero. Only customer as they had just opened. But the young chap wearing glasses working front of house was so polite and professional. It really did cheer me up for the rest of the day

   I would not blame the staff but clearly staffing issues were a big problem here. The two I could see on at 1200 were clearly not capable of processing orders promptly with a massive 15 minute wait for my order to be processed. When it arrived it tasted stale. The toilets had no soap in the dispensers and the disabled one was out of order. Also not all the tables had been cleaned down although if the people who had used them before had not eaten like animals then maybe they would not have needed cleaning so badly. I feel this is a problem with bad management either not getting enough staff in at key times or providing such a crap place to work no one stays or wants to to work there.

   I ordered 2 large meals from this Burger King and 2 large chips. Does this even look like a large chips?? If yes then what about small chips that look like 6-7 chips of piece?? And when I ask this question to one of the staff she started angry at me and told me I worked here for 2 years and I know the policy but the thing is did I ask you how many years you worked here? No, and to be honest even though she has been working here for 2 years but doesn't know how to talk with the customers and I think she needs to be given training to talk with the customers. The atmosphere is the worst and the bad smell is also coming. If I had the option to give 0 star rating i would probably go with 0 star rating worst branch ever I had seen.

   I payed for a large thinking I would get a large instead they gave me regular chips and a regular size drink and said they’ve changed the size and my friend who ordered a regular got a bloody extra small size. I payed £14 for my meal what a rip off

   Away from home and with our options a bit limited, we thought we would give BG a go. What hours you is just how much it is geared to the needs of delivery riders (see pic.) When we had ordered from their screens (so you don't have to spend time queueing!) there was only one order in front of us. However, before we were served, about a dozen helmeted warriors had come in and blocked the counter and got served before us, admittedly, from orders made online before. It's certainly not a restaurant as we know it, Jim.

   The foods nice enough, certainly tastier and better quality than McDonalds but after not going for a while, I can't believe how much the prices have shot up, nearly £10 for a "whopper" (which ironically isn't that big), 2 dozen fries and a coke. I get we're in a recession and the costs have risen but the burger is just not worth the outlay when you can get a gourmet burger in a proper restaurant for the same or less. It used to be good value but it's now just fast food at restaurant prices, don't think I'll be hurrying back.

   Advice: don't come here for dinner Question: why does the website and your door say you are open till 11 but when I come in at half 6 (literally 10 minutes ago) you wouldn't let my family in for dinner? Lost what could of been a £50 order then. This isn't the first time. Any time I've been in around 8 or 9 you have not let me in. Wanted to take my family for dinner at 6:30 tonight and door was blocked in. You must be losing money this way? And my kids are so upset missing the treat I promised them. 6:30 is still dinner time. You shouldn't be blocking me from the doors. Please either update your times or stay open. I dont usually leave a negative review but I'm so upset with dissapointed kids tonight

   I’ve never complained before in my life, but the customer service at the drive through was unbelievably awful. I understand how multitasking can be stressful and I always give service workers the benefit of the doubt, but this was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had at a food place! My partner and I were in disbelief the entire time - I’m sure we’ll get a few laughs out of the weird experience for a while though so I guess that’s a plus!
