    Visited yesterday evening, wasn't greeted on arrival, wasn't asked if I needed any help, I bought something and the only questions I was asked was did I need a bag and card or cash, the guy was steaming an item of clothing when I approached the till and the girl was busy folding a garment, she didn't even acknowledge the fact I existed, just took my money. I work in retail and am blown away by how uninterested the staff were. Mystery shopper would have a field day, very sad.
