Booking at the table was great using a QR code although I had to refresh the payment screen 3 or 4 times due to the bad EE signal. Once booked the food and drink came incredibly fast via friendly and professional staff. I wanted the eggy bacon stack that I’d enjoyed years ago, a bigger version of the pancake stack using eggy bread. The 3 pancake stack with three rashers of streaky bacon and syrup was extremely tasty but not a big portion. I initially resented paying £10 for this but it tasted amazing and I guess this is the norm.

I came here on a Sunday morning a couple of months back before going to the hospital in Southmead for my first ever blood donation appointment. I ordered the large veggie breakfast with a glass of orange juice, as the NHS advice for blood donation was to eat a filling breakfast and avoid caffeine. I sat at the table upstairs and ordered on the app. I waited around 10-15 minutes and the waitress brought my breakfast to my table and said 'enjoy your meal' before turning to leave. Before she left I asked 'where is my drink?' She then asked me what I ordered and said that should have already been sent to me, then apologised and went to get my orange juice. Once it came to my table I thanked the waitress and started eating. The food didn't taste great, in fact it tasted as though it was made by sick people. I plowed on since I had paid loads of money for my meal as this place is expensive. After eating I felt very ill, so I went to the toilet upstairs and violently threw up all my food. I didn't drink any alcohol the night before as I knew I had a blood donation appointment so I avoided it. I left the cafe quickly as I was in a hurry to get to the hospital on time. I then contacted the restaurant to complain a few days later. I received a response a few days after I had complained asking me for proof of purchase, so I provided this by email. The response I got was absolutely disgusting and not what I'd expect from a so called fine dining cafe such as this. The response was 'we have checked this out and 41 other customers have had the same meal as you and no one else has complained, all the other customers were happy with their food'. With no offer to make my food again no meal voucher or anything. I was shocked at how selfish and greedy the managers were, and they have not compensated my for my horrible food in months, hence why I'm leaving the review now. I won't be coming back and I'll warn others to avoid this place at all costs.

Lovely place for lunch, super warm welcome and friendly staff. The place was spotless (this includes the all important loo), the loos are upstairs and there is another with disabled access on the lower floor. We popped in for a spot of lunch today, I wanted Westons Vintage Cider but they were all out so I had a hot chocolate, my wife had Elderflower crush. For food we had a Twisted Chicken Club and the Mediterranean Mezze, they were both very nice and I for one will certainly be having the Mezze again when we re-visit in two weeks time. We got a table right away at about 1230 but soon after it started getting busy although I never saw anyone unable to get a table. There are two levels and an outside roof terrace which looked good (weather permitting). Keep up the good work people, we'll see you again soon.

Grupo Lounge is a fantastic spot with a great vibe and friendly service. The Beef Brisket Burger is absolutely delicious—juicy, tender, and packed with flavor. It’s cooked perfectly and comes together beautifully with the toppings and sides. A real standout on the menu! Whether you’re stopping by for a casual meal or meeting up with friends, Grupo Lounge delivers both great food and atmosphere. Highly recommend giving the brisket burger a try!

I was so surprised that Grupo Lounge was so busy on a weekday morning but after my visit, it's clear why! I had the Lounge Eggs with Salmon, a latte and a small freshly squeezed OJ & lemonade. The latte was with me within five minutes and the food and OJ & lemonade came just over ten minutes after I ordered. I was stunned that they were able to serve me within such a short time whilst being so busy! I think the food and drinks were reasonably priced for what they were, especially compared to some places these days! Plus it was all delicious. I especially enjoyed the OJ & Lemonade and will be getting a large next time! I'll definitely be back to this Lounge in the future. Thanks guys!

I can't believe I paid £5.25 for two pieces of bread and one, yes one, vegan sausage which was cut into two. And when I said that I wasn't really very happy with the lack of content of the said sandwich, the manager didn't seem to understand my displeasure. So I most definitely would not recommend getting a sausage sandwich from this place.

Have been several times and would definitely recommend. Good quality food at decent prices and a nice atmosphere. I was recently quite disappointed by the vegan sausage butty though. The sourdough came untoasted, the butter hadn’t melted on the bread and the sausages were broken up and mushed in between. I wouldn’t recommend that item and for that reason I’m not giving 5 stars. Overall would recommend though.

Really good for vegans, a massive menu with loads to choose from. Also was a hit with our 6yo who enjoyed the Mac and cheese. They have colouring and games available too so that kept her occupied j too the food came. Quick service and always reliable!

Had the most amazing food & service today. We turned up as a group of 8 including a pushchair & a wheelchair & the staff were so quick to accommodate us. A table was quickly arranged. The food was served to is extremely prompt even though it was busy. Everything was perfect & presented so well. I'd highly recommend a visit.
