   I am a Fatface regular so was delighted to see this one in Edinburgh. However what an awful experience. I bought some socks £7.50 asked if I wanted a bag said no thank you, as I tapped she had charged me £7.70, which I queried, she had charged me for the bag, I had declined. When I asked for her to refund the 20p, she disappeared to ask what to do. On return I was told they couldn’t refund it just donate it to charity. I think this is terrible I am a volunteer with a charity at home and give so much and felt aggrieved. So I said refund the socks keep them. She did the refund but 20p short!!!! Eventually some rude woman said oh give her 20p out of the till. What rude unhelpful staff.

   This is a good shop in George Street which sells casual men and women's clothing. The clothes are well made and generally sensibly priced, and there are bargains to be had during sales. Staff are pleasant and very helpful, with plenty of changing rooms, plus a bench where you can sit whilst your partner tries to make up their mind what to buy!

   Nice store but not very buggy friendly (not unusual for most George Street shops in Edinburgh). Staff were very polite and friendly. Not a big store, so the range is more limited than others (fort kinnaird 3x the size so has better range of stock)
