Always a warm welcome, whether you're only stopping for a coffee or having the full works Sunday roast. The food is excellent. It's also possible to choose low calorie options from the all day breakfast menu, and not feel hungry afterwards. Trust me, I've done it.

This is a constructive criticism review. I've been to Ruby Jeans several times for takeaway hot chocolate (the Marimba chocolate flakes are lush!), sit in brunch, and mid afternoon coffee/cake. The food has always been very good. The takeaway service however is very variable dependant on staff working. It is really positive to see a young work force but I feel that some training is possibly lacking or maybe not well refined which brings down the service unfortunately. My drink was handed over to me stone cold on one occasion and then half foam on another. I've waited around 20 minutes recently to order a takeaway hot chocolate and then leave which I feel is a really long wait especially when noone is communicating with you as too why it might be taking this long. The atmosphere is generally really nice and a lovely place to be (hence why i go back) but I do feel that some of the bench covers are pretty grubby which puts me off wanting to sit there. I want to keep supporting the local business so will probably come back but maybe more for the food than anything takeaway given the issues I've raised. Its nice to see the different themed nights occasionally which I might try next. I would be really appreciative if the owners could consider some of my points raised.

Lovely local cafe in Shirehampton with friendly and efficient service. Food is beautifully presented and very tasty! My brunch was a potato rosti, smashed avocado, lovely golden halloumi and eggs in a balsamic glaze, cooked to perfection. Ideal for young parents, friends, families and couples to hang out! Popular in the area and thoroughly recommended

Me and my partner came here 2 days ago for brunch! The manager and staff accommodated us able to give us different options when coming in with a voucher. Service was unmatched the ladies serving us gave us an experience not many would have been willing to give!!! Very grateful the food and cocktails were amazing, alongside this we were met with a lovely atmosphere. Highly reccommend!

We seek out good coffee wherever we go as we are coffee fanatics. We had excellent coffee and brunch, our first visit, here on Friday. The staff were friendly and there was an upbeat and welcoming atmosphere. We wouldn't hesitate to go back and recommend.

Great little place in Shire. The service and atmosphere is lovely, coffee is good too. However I have had cake from here twice and both times it has been dry, and I bought a french stick today which was stale too, definitely not baked this morning. I share this so hopefully it can improve through this feedback though.

First and last time ordering from Ruby Jeans. Ordered a chicken and bacon sandwich, came with no butter, no salad, no mayo. Could not have made a drier sandwich if you tried. 0/10. Called to ask if the sandwiches are supposed to come like this, was told the kitchen must have forgotten.

Lovely place in Shire ! Very friendly staff, Food was tasty and came on time. Will say for the price the portions were abit small and food may have needed a slight kick. I had a berry smoothie too it was amazing, we will be back!

I’ve only been here for brunch so far but the Ottoman Eggs, tea and service were all excellent! Will definitely be back.
