   Fabulous meal in this lovely local pub. Sunday lunch was superb so we went back again this evening. Curry night. Excellent. Must mention Angela and Katie. Very friendly. Made us feel very welcome. They adored our dogs as did other customers. Exceptional value for money. We’ll be back….hopefully.

   A thriving village with excellent footpaths towards Chepstow. Stayed in our campervan and had some food and drink at the Millers Arms. Really friendly owners and lovely staff. The pub has a community feel, people of all ages and plenty of conversation. Really enjoyed our stay here and the history surrounding the village of Mathern..

   A roomy and light eating area with a good mixture of meals to choose from. Before choosing to eat here we were looking through menus of what the alternative pubs were offering and the menus were standard with pub classics nothing new that made me want to go there. We then come across the menu at the millers and found that there are menu options that we had just not seen anywhere else. The choice of meals was good and they have specials for certain nights of the week, but the Pork Valentine drew me to this pub. The eating area was spaced out, I am sure they could additional tables in there but that would spoil the feeling of space. The restaurant area had pleasant natural light and was clean. The food lived up to expectations and was plentiful and we really enjoyed the evening there. Outside had a big wooden hut, but everyone was sitting out in the sun. The outside seating was a little dated and could do with a refresh. There is also an unsupervised play area for children.

   Fabulous find! Beautiful pub with a warm welcome from the owners. Stayed in our MOHO with 2 small dogs. Good facilities, lovely beer garden with covered seating area and child’s play area. Food is fantastic, the menu is comprehensive and caters for all. Including a roast dinner for dogs and ice cream! Thankyou for letting us stay, we will definitely be back xx

   this is as close to a local we have and enjoy our visits. The food is great and very reasonably priced. staff very friendly and obliging nothi g too much trouble. Eat or just a drink in a friendly atmosphere it's great. and we also enjoy the monthly quiz.

   This is my first visit to Millers Arms in the Village of Mather. It is a lovely place for a drink or a meal with plenty of tables inside and in the garden area. Hand sanitise is available as you enter and face masks must be worn in the bar area. The tables and seating is all socially distanced. Friendly staff warm and welcoming. Menu has a lovely selection of food for all appetites. The Gammon, peas, 2 eggs and tripple fried chips was excellent. I would recommend this meal. There is a large Marquee outside in the garden if you want to sit outside and it starts to rain. A children's play area with a climbing frame and slide are just at the side of the garden. There is a small car parking area in front but at the back of The Miller Arms is a large parking area that you can access every area on the flat no need for steps. I certainly will be visiting again, try it for yourself... well worth it.
