   19/09/25 : I love this place & have been here many times, but have not visited for a while, due to being in other locations around the UK. Today was a returned visit & once again we were not disappointed, from the friendly welcome, service & amazing food, so no complaints, we are just full of praise for the team working this morning. I only scored it a 4 for atmosphere as it was 8am & we were the second couple through the door. The lounge eggs with spinach & mushrooms made Gluten Free, plus a lounge breakfast, with tea was a great choice. We will be back again as soon as we can. Thanks to the team working this morning.

   Impero Lounge is right on the High Street in the heart of Portishead, perfect to stop in before a jaunt around the harbour. They’re on a corner with huge floor-to-ceiling windows (that open right up) wrapped around two sides, flooding the vaulted interiors with light. There’s a lovely terrace out the front too, perfect for watching the world go by. They’ve a fantastic range of food and drinks (including full kids, gluten-free and vegan menus) served in this relaxed, welcoming space. Look out for their mural celebrating Portishead’s old power station and lighthouse. Which is apt, as they’re a bit of a powerhouse and a shining beacon for the hungry and thirsty people of Portishead.

   To be honest, the meal is good but not so different than this kind of restaurant. But the service and ambiance was great. I even ordered a second beer after dinning because if the music!!! The waitress was very kind with me, and acceoted to take a picture

   Fantastic but a bit pricey, as expected cause everything's going up. Same menu as Teatro in Clevedon but prefer Impero Lounge as atmosphere is better.

   I popped in for breakfast as I was on Portishead and I wasn't disappointed. The quality of the food was amazing and it was all very tasty. I had the breakfast, which came with a pot of tea. The tea was also delicious, and i got 3 cups put of the one pit. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Social distancing and masks are still enforced. Great layout of tables inside and outside. Toilets were clean. Restaurant was clean and tidy. Decor was nice, although a little dark.
