Just visited this store on Friday morning and wanted to acknowledge the tremendously kind staff
Staff are so unfriendly and will side eye each other if you ask for help. Don’t know if this is a problem with management but the staff are horrendous. Please avoid shopping here at all costs, will leave a sour taste in your mouth.
Been to the shop to try and buy a trainer, music was very loud and I was nearly shouting to be heard. I told to staff politely to turn the volume down. They did a little for a few seconds but next song it was even louder. I left the store immediately. Disappointing experience. It's not a partying space for staff.
Calvin is really the best as he has accommodated us well when we visited Size? here at Edinburgh. He even gave us insights on what could possibly the best shoes as to style and comfort. To top all the experience, Calvin, Kez and Alex were superb!! Job well done guys!!! We end up buying 2 pairs of shoes
It was so nice to shop in a store like this as Calvin, Alex and Kez are equally friendly and accommodating. They made sure we are choosing the most suitable shoes and kept on asking how comfortable they are. They also recommended some shoe brands that speaks highly of comfort. The experience was totally a great one. Thanks Calvin for patiently bringing out the shoes we want to try on! You’re all superb!!! Kudos to all of you guys❤️❤️❤️
I dont actually have a review for this specific store but a worker : junior i think he’s a manager or something has scammed me , he owns a shoe business called step correct 247 or he has rebranded , he backdoors the shoes himself and flogs them on . so the general public and people who participate in the raffles hardly succeed , and he had claimed to have sold me a pair of dunks i wanted but he did not send them to me i think they should rethink about their choices of hiring this person.
Zero customer service, no greeting from anyone. Not even a hi or good afternoon from any of the staff members were working. They were all chatting between them self. No help were offered. Why brother to have an actual store. Just move everything online.
Do not buy from size? I ordered colour of the month Air force 1s online and while they did arrive in good time there was damage and glue at the seems of the midsole honestly a joke
Im from London and the guys in this store gave the best customer service ive experience on my visit to edinburgh. They were Welcoming and knowledgable.
The service was first class. The guy who served me was patient, informative and it felt like nothing was too much bother for him. I have a disability and getting trainers to fit around a permanently swollen ankle can be difficult. I tried on 4 pairs and looked at much more. The sales assistant was extremely helpful and if he didn't know something he'd check it out with his colleagues. It's great to be served by someone who is obviously into trainers and the ethos behind Size? For the fantastic service alone I was determined not to leave without a purchase and am delighted by the quality and price. The sales assistant even took the time to write the name down of a pair I liked but they hadn't got in my size. I will return to get them. Thanks for a great experience. It's not always what I get being disabled. So it was much appreciated.
