    I popped in to return a pair of trousers that were too big and mentioned that I wished they had the smaller size, but I had checked online and they were out of stock in store. The girl who served me could not do enough and went above and beyond to locate the trousers in my desired size, with the help of other staff. A man went through all the sale items until he found them for me. Everyone was so lovely, The team are a credit to the store. Would definitely shop again.

    They do lovely cheap clothes and underwear if you are having one of those I am skint, but need a new outfit for a party before I get paid moments. It's also open till 7pm, which comes in handy if you finish work at 5pm and have to get something before the weekend

    I love Matalan as the clothes are great quality at low prices. This shop is no exception and it's well set out. The only downside is the changing rooms. I decided to try something on but when I went to place an item on the ground I noticed the floor was filthy. Thankfully there were hangers.

    Low stars not for price or quality but those bloody awful self serve machines and appalling customer service. One of the attendants at the checkout trying to almost threaten or intimidate customers. Awful man who really needs to be told what's an acceptable way to dress and behave.
