A bunch of liars will avoid at all cost. First I handed in recycling bag they took it and told me dont do voucher anymore so was left with nothing took their word for it. Second overcharged me for the shopping which was supposed to be discounted. Very unpleasant experience in one visit.
Located at the busy area in the central area of Glasgow which is very convenient for going there by public transportation such as subway and train. There are 3 floors in total, very spacious! Not just for clothing but they also have the home corner. Not very busy there!
Decent store with a good variety of items. Just one observation is that there weren't any shopping baskets available on entry. When asking a member of staff it was a case if you can't find it then tough.
The cashier left my handbag that I purchased on the 7th July 2025. Called customer service to be put on hold five times- each time someone answered I had to repeat my itself from the beginning. I got put through to the Glasgow store to then be put on hold again, no apology was even made to me for actually forgetting to put the handbag in the carrier bag to begin with. Genuinely shocking service.
Only highstreet shop I found in Glasgow stocking maternity wear. Most told me online only. I went here for that. Their selection was pretty decent, reasonably priced and a good variety of super casual to semi work wear. And the area is right next to changing rooms. As a first time maternity clothes wearer I really appreciated the opportunity to try before I buy. Thank you H&M!
Good range of product at great prices, but it's not particularly well laid-out.
Overpriced, not a good mens selection of jeans. Bought them not the best tbh. Especially for the price! George or Tesco have better quality & selection! Used to be a strong Shop for cloths for men before the pandemic! Go else where!
Was only in a rapid visit for sports leggings for granddaughter to change into as ones she had on had hole in them.Well priced but hard to find in shop even with help of store assistant She wasn't sure where they had been moved to in shop
Keeps open till 7pm and various options. Also has home section. Quite good selection in there too. Also selective items have discounted prices!
