    Absolutely utterly disgusted at the customer service I had asked them if they could deliver me my medicine when the prescription comes and they had replied but I couldn't hear them as I am half deaf on one ear so i asked them to repeat it and the lady looked visibly agitated and started giving me attitude if there was an option to give 0 stars best believe i would press that 0 WARNING DO NOT COME HERE.

    I have been using this chemist over 10 years and one of the many reason why I use this pharmacy is because the lady pharmacist she is an amazing person very helpful full of knowledge very pleasant to talk to such a lovely person. She is so kind. 200% recommend this.

    They are very rude, unwelcoming and discriminate against certain groups. I've had a horrible experience on two occasions with the male pharmacists in this chemist and would not recommend it. The service at Touchwood on Yeading Lane is much better.
