   They started ordering my prescriptions without my say-so or knowledge. I was wondering why I get kept getting more prescriptions than what I had ordered. I ordered my inhalers and they had already ordered them without me Knowing this resulted in all my medications being blocked I couldn't order anything it took nearly 2 months to sort out my prescriptions and they're still not 100% right. When I spoke to the man that works there he was very rude. No customer service not a good pharmacy

   Outstanding Service at Wellcare Pharmacy – A True Breath of Fresh Air! Since the day Wellcare Pharmacy opened in our area, replacing Boots, the difference has been remarkable. One of the first things you notice is how immaculately clean the pharmacy always is, every visit, without fail. The environment is bright, tidy, and incredibly welcoming. The shelves are always well-stocked, which makes such a difference. Whether it’s prescriptions, over-the-counter items, or everyday essentials, you can rely on finding what you need, something that was often lacking before. On top of that, the service is simply outstanding. Today, despite how busy they were, every single member of staff took the time to offer friendly, thoughtful, and personalised support. They explained things clearly, offered helpful advice, and even took time to chat about how I could make the most of NHS services. It’s clear they truly care. Their approach is warm, natural, and deeply professional. It’s rare to experience such consistent dedication and attention to detail. A heartfelt thank you to the entire Wellcare team, your iconic service, clean space, and well-stocked shelves are a real asset to the community. I couldn’t ask for better!

   Bought the wrong product because they give wrong advice and can’t even exchange it after realise.They change the attitude 180 degrees after you ring back and blamed it all on customer for making decisions though they give you wrong information. Bought here as it designed on purpose to look like boots but it’s not. Avoid at all cost or u loose your money. Not very ethnically business just wanna take your money.
