   I finally went to the shop of one of my favorite brands. Lovely staff: they acknowledged and offer to assist me. Left the store with some pants I never thought I'd buy in my life. Overall a good experience. The only thing I was bummed about is that it wasn't a bigger store.

   I have been to this location plenty of times, but on almost all of them there is a recurring experience over the last 1-2 years: -Absent greetings -Little to no acknowledgement you're even in the store -No one asking if you need or are looking for anything. -Attention if you actually need something. -Projects in the store take priority over consumers coming in and experiencing the brand itself. If I had to pick a word to sum up how it can feel as a consumer: invisible. I really do love this brand and many of their items and their mission. That being said, the service side is well under what other premium brands do really well as a standard. In-store service is the what brings a brand to the consumer on the most visceral level. It's what makes them comeback not just for the product and brand, but the people as well.

   Couldn't recommend visiting Finisterre Edinburgh enough. The store is tucked away on George St, a hidden gem. Very pleased with a few additions to my summer wardrobe, thank you to Brad, Asia and Andrea for all their help, they couldn't do enough to help! Will definitely be back again soon

   I’m a big fan of this brand and visited the store this morning to get help with exchanging a couple of items from an online order. Both members of staff we’re super helpful and lovely to chat to. They are clearly proud of the brand they represent and great at looking after customers. Thanks for an easy and pleasant experience. I’m also very happy with my new purchases!

   Extremely helpful and friendly staff who are knowledgable and passionate about the features and ethical credentials of their range. I have bought Finisterre jeans, shirts and knitwear from the Edinburgh store and have been delighted with fit, finish and design. A distinctively British look, and quality of materials and manufacture that's definitely up there with premium brands like Patagonia.
