   Have always liked H&M, good choice of clothes and well priced. Rated 2/5 stars purely based on zero interaction from any staff, couldn’t actually even identify any staff members within the store. Upstairs checkout was a ghost town, nobody serving. Went downstairs and 1 staff member was on the checkout so attempted to be served but was directed away from this staff member immediately after being asked if I was paying card or cash. Paying card you need to use a self scan checkout.. totally takes away from the whole retail shopping experience. Especially when the 1 staff member i had eventually found wasn’t serving anybody else, there was no queue, but still I had to use the self checkout? I actually ended up putting the items down and leaving without them as it felt like a bit of a joke. Lots of other shops out there with the same variety, similar pricing, but with numerous staff available to help and happy to check out your items. H&M may aswell just be an online shopping website now.

   Has a great range of children and women's clothes and nice to see they are trying to move away from throw away fashion but the mens section just feels like such an afterthought and I rarely buy anything anymore.

   Only the third time visiting this store, was impressed by the quality and price of the clothes on display. My daughter got a jacket last month from here which was good quality and reasonable price compared to other department stores we had frequented. Staff friendly and shop very clean. The only thing that got me annoyed is the clothes are scattered around the store, what I mean by that is, if you are looking for a jacket, they are displayed in various parts of the store, instead of all together. I know other department stores also do this, it's not a big fault I guess, but I would like to see all jackets, tops, trousers etc all together instead of searching the whole store. But apart from that a good store, good choice and good price

   Staff are great, very helpful. Clothes are usual hit and miss but to be fair it's a real bonus to see such a lovely range of nursing /breastfeeding tops.
