   I'm away for 6 days and I'd forgotten to bring my supply of medication so I came to this pharmacy to request an emergency supply and they were so helpful and gave me a weeks supply. Thank you for being so helpful now I can put my mind at rest and enjoy my mini holiday. Would definitely recommend this pharmacy for being so so helpful.

   I have been using Mountford Pharmacy 2016-2020 and again from April this year when we moved back into the area. Today's prescription was ready for collection on the day I sent my request - you can't get better than that! The extra services they offer are excellent too. My partner was prescribed antibiotics here and they did my flu jab. An asset for the community

   Did not receive my prescription on time always I receive my prescription so late. Staff are so rude when I called them to enquiry about my prescription which was late the staff whom was on phone was a lady shouted at me over the phone and hanged up the phone on me. I made my way having my churches to chemist to collect my medication after many days. That lady staff should be ashamed of herself .

   I am very disappointed with the service provided by Mountford Pharmacy ,last week I was prescribed the wrong medication which I picked up from the pharmacy, I acknowledge this was not the fault of the pharmacy but the GP, however I was surprised by the apathetic attitude of those who work at the pharmacy. They advised I was not going to receive a refund and I could take the medication back home and use another time (medication that has to be prescribed and can not be bought over the count). I paid for the new medication (which had now been correctly prescribed by the GP), but when I opened the bag I realised it was incorrect as it had someone else’s name on the box and rather than the nose spray I had been prescribed it was an antipsychotic, this time it was the fault of the Pharmacy. I believe this pharmacy needs to work on their customer services and customer care.

   Been using this chemist for years there really caring staff and more helpful than my own doctors surgery. They give great advice and really care about there customers. They very efficient with getting prescriptions ready for collection. At one point it was going to close but didn’t due to uproar , this place is an essential part of the community and a lot of people would suffer if it was to close . Save our local chemist is my priority.

   I have never been to this Pharmacy, but today I called them ONLY to inquire whether I can get a winter flu jab from them, the gentleman responded very courteously and even went on booking a slot for me for this evening, which I least expected. I am going to ask my GP to send my repeats to Mountford Pharmacy from now onwards. Thank you for being kind and helpful. a rare ingredient these days.
