Shop layout has been greatly improved, mens clothes not my taste, free parking.

Excellent store. Eady to find the products and an excellent choice. Cashier was very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this store.

Unfortunately I have forgotten the name of the exceedingly helpful lady( she may have been the Kilmarnock store manager) who assisted me above the call of duty to purchase track bottoms for my mother. Turned stressful trip into a successful one. So grateful.

First visit since refurb and the shop is looking so much better which loads more stock but there is now only 2 manned checkouts and 3 self scan which staff don't seemed to bother with! The changing room is now a unisex changing room with only 5 cubicles and you have to que to use them! Don't like this idea and puts me off trying clothes on!!!!

Good place to shop until you get to the checkout, they try to make you use the self service tills.

Used this store in Kilmarnock recently as the Ayr store has stopped stocking suits. I actually drove past the entrance to the road I should've taken to reach the store, so possibly better signage would be helpful. The store is large & very well stocked. I managed with no problems to buy the 4 suits I needed for my sons for a family funeral. The prices for the suits were really good & they looked great on. The staff were very engaging & really happy to help. The car park has ample room for many cars. I'd come back here again & would recommend.

Lovely clean shop, plenty of choices in quality clothing. Good parking facilities and customers toilets.

Their price point is good, £12.50 for jeans (the last time i shopped). Ok they're not a "trendy" brand but they look nice, are a good fit and wash well. I also got a nice parka for £40. The shop is really spacious but is a bit away from Kilmarnock town centre. Luckily my Dad gives me a lift or it would be two bus trips from where i live.
