    Was in recently looking for a pair of black formal shoes. Seen a couple styles I quite liked, but not in my size. Two staff members stood at the till gossiping while I waited and waited, obviously needing assistance. Never once came near me. Gossip obviously more important than anything else. Hopeless customer service skills. I'll buy elsewhere. Won't be back.

    I love coming to this store, the staff are so friendly and they even allow my dog in the store , they bend over backwards to help you but they don’t hang about watching you , when you walk in you can tell it’s a relaxed store I highly recommend you pay it a visit

    Sam, in the Coatbridge store helped me enormously today. I have horrible Arthritis and have been advised to try to get walking more. I haven’t bought trainers for years, so had no clue! Sam showed me some Skecher styles to try on and I got a pair with the memory foam. Now I’m looking forward to going walking and hopefully help me shed a few pounds in comfort! Thank you, Sam!!
