The best customer service I have ever received... Alison goes out her way to find me the perfect pair of shoes... never had a problem.. I disagree with someone leaving negative comments.. no refunds is the store policy like many shops have this policy.. I can not believe that the staff were rude...I will always ho back
Dreadful customer service. Purchased a pair of boots on Saturday and was told by the sales assistant at the time that I could return them if not suitable. Took them back today and was told they don't do refunds! The lady was rude and unhelpful. Not a pleasant experience at all and not good customer service for a local shop. Would not recommend. Better shoe shops around that also offer refunds and have better customer service. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.
