   Went in today to get a pair of vans for my daughters birthday, they were not in stock however Holly kindly helped me with the tech side of ordering, I’m too old for this tech and I get myself stressed out but holly sorted everything out before it even got to that point, what an asset to your company she is, and she identified my plight straight away. Well done you passed the age concern course 10/10

   I had reason to return a pair of faulty Nike trainers today. I had no receipt, only bank statement. I cannot praise the efficiency of the team led by their manager. They went above and beyond to find a record of the sale (it had been delayed on system due to Bank Holiday). Great service and ambassadors for Schuh. Thank you.
