   Went in looking for a replacement for the boots I’ve been wearing all day every day for the past few years, since it not being winter none were out but the sales assistants were super helpful, I believe I was served by Abby, I gave them a description of my boots and she managed to find the new model on the system and luckily had my size! Everyone was so friendly and helpful, straight onto finding what I was hunting for, it was just a great experience. Thanks for making my usually dreaded shoe shopping into a positive interaction :)

   I am pleased with the customer service provided. Louise was very helpful. As I am with small and narrow feet, it's not the easiest to find comfortable shoes. But Louise didn't hesitate to show me as many pairs as she had to, so to find the right fit. Thank you. Will be back soon for winter boots.

   This store is actually rather good. They're one of the few stores that sell ultra wide fitting shoes. They don't stock enough of a range for my liking but the fact they have something is a godsend. The staff are OK as well. It'd be nice if they could get back to giving a fitting service as was the norm 30 years ago.

   The service can be mixed here though most of the time we get friendly staff when getting our kids feet checked. I am mostly happy with the service and the fittting of shoes but the selection especially for kids is very poor and anything with colour almost non exsitent.

   Staff were FAB!!! at the end of the day it's not cheap but u get what u pay for. Last year paid for two pairs of boots from next as they weren't waterproof so this year I manned up at bought gore-tex £70 waterproof, same price as two but fitted for my daughter. Size 3 and skinny feet. Well worth the money I think.
