Sophie, in particular, has been incredibly helpful, professional, and proactive whenever any issues have come up, whether it’s with orders, product availability, or resolving unexpected hiccups. She always goes above and beyond with a calm, friendly attitude and a clear focus on getting things sorted quickly and properly. It’s truly appreciated on busy workdays when time is tight. That said, it’s not just Sophie, the entire TradePoint department deserves recognition. Every member of the team consistently provides reliable service, fast turnaround, and a genuine understanding of the needs of trade professionals. You can tell they care about getting things right and making sure we’re supported from start to finish.    I’ve been a regular customer close to 30 years. Good selection of products but service dependent on who you get. One longer serving member of staff who was on the tills today was most unhelpful.

   Utter waste of time. Always a queue, terrible service. Phoned ahead for a bulk collection, get told no problem it's here, show up at store and get told 90 minute. Nightmare trying to deal with trade card, discount isn't good, their only saving grace is being open on a Sunday but that's pointless when they make you wait hours. Save yourself the hassle and go to wickes.
